Easy Cheesecake Recipes

Easy Cheesecake

2 packages (8 ounce size) total (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix all ingredients together except crust. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

**Tip - If desired, top with cherry pie filling (then refrigerate for the 3 hours mentioned)


No Bake Cheesecake

1 graham cracker pie crust

8 ounce package soft cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces Cool Whip, slightly thawed

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and mix well. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Fold in Cool Whip.

2. Spoon into pie crust and chill for 4 hours.
