Apple Dump Cake

As the weather cools down from summer and September rolls in, apples start to be everywhere!  It's apple season again! I love any recipe that has apples in it and found this very easy to make recipe for a nice treat this Autumn. 

Apple Dump Cake

3-Ingredient Apple Dump Cake
4 cups chopped apples*
1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Place chopped apples in pan. Top with dry cake mix, and pour melted butter over top, making sure to cover top with butter as much as you can.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
* I would add to the apples some cinnamon*
