Rice O'Brien

Rice O'Brien Josephine Ashley, Green Bay, WI

1 C. long grain rice
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 1/2 cups chicken broth

In a 2 quart baking dish combine rice, chopped onion, salt, poultry
seasoning, soy sauce, chopped bell pepper and chicken broth. Cover
and bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
until rice is tender and bubbly.
