Fish A La Maison

1 pound fish fillets (your favorite)
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup salad oil
Creole Sauce

Dip fish fillets in combined egg and milk, then in mixture of
crumbs and cheese. Brown on both sides in oil. Serve with
Creole Sauce.

Creole Sauce

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) bottle Catalina French Dressing

Cook celery, green pepper and onion in small amount of Catalina
Dressing until tender. Add remaining dressing; heat through.
