Apple Crisp in a Mug Recipe
1-apple or 1 cup worth of apples peeled, cored and sliced thinly
2-tablespoons of quick oats
1-tablespoon of dark brown sugar
1-tablespoon melted butter
1/8-teaspoon of cinnamon
In a small bowl add the quick oats, flour, dark brown sugar, butter, cinnamon. Mix until all is combined.
In a mug add sliced apples and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave apples for 30 seconds.
Now sprinkle apples with oat mixture evenly over top of apples. Microwave 1 minute uncovered.
Stir the apple mixture a little bit then microwave for 30 seconds, then 30 more seconds.
Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
The total cooking time should be 2 & 1/2 minutes. makes 1 serving.
