Happy Spring & Ostara

Spring Flowers Charm Bracelet

Happy Spring & Ostara
Ostara also known as Eostre, Easter, Vernal Equinox, Spring Equinox, and the First Day of Spring. The time of year when day & night are equal. The return of warmer weather and longer days. Light rules over darkness. Renewal, rebirth, a new cycle begins.

The sun grows in intensity and the earth welcomes new growth. It's a good time to do a cleansing ritual and purify your magical space with sage. Dress up your altar with spring flowers.

With all the pretty flowers that are starting to bloom, I was inspired to make a spring flower bracelet available for purchase at Vamps Jewelry.

Consecrated Cloth Divination

Consecrated Cloth Divination

Divination provides an important glimpse of your path before it unfolds fully. Most divinatory tools, such as tarot cards, respond better if laid out upon a properly consecrated cloth rather than on a bare table.
You may use a plain cloth or one with markings for a specific system. To consecrate your cloth, first spread it flat. Lay out all your cards on it in order. Now say:

Tools of power,
Tools of art,
Tools that see the hidden heart,
Tools that tell the path before
Be you blessed by ancient lore.

Wrap the cloth around the deck, and continue:

Now together be you bound
Cards and cloth that wraps around
One in two, and two in one,
By these words my will be done!

The cloth is now consecrated. Keep it wrapped around your deck when not in use.
