Pamper Your Feet Massage Oils

Pamper Your Feet this Summer or anytime. I found these massage oil recipes that would be great to give yourself a nice treat, better yet have your guy massage your feet sometime.

Regular foot massage benefits the whole body. Here are some ideas for blends to help refresh those tired and sometimes
swollen feet.

3 drops Lavender
2 drops Chamomile
10 ml or 1/3 oz carrier oil

or
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Peppermint
10 ml carrier oil

If you stand on your feet all day here is
a treatment to help with swelling and circulation.
1 drop Cypress
1 drop Lavender

Add to a bowl of warm water to which about 12 smooth
round pebbles have been added.

Roll the soles of your feet slowly over the pebbles
for a few minutes, then dry your feet
