Spell to Invite love into your life

Two red Roses
Dried jasmine flowers and Rose petals
One Red candle
One foot of red ribbon.

Find yourself a convenient place to work
your spell.

Use a table for your altar.

On the left side of the table place one
of the roses which represents you.

On the right side of the table place the
other rose which represents the invitation
of Love.

In the centre stand your red candle.
Make a heart shape of jasmine and Rose
petals around your candle.
Hold the candle and clearly visualise
pure love coming into your life.
Be accurate in your visions, make sure
that you are inviting love into your life
and not a particular person.
Focus your mind on the kind of qualities
such a person will have to share with you
To be Honest, kind, caring, understanding
and loving are some that spring to my mind.

When you have completed your visualisation,
light the candle and repeat the following
chant.

"Within my mind I can see,
Thou art my love in front of me.
Inside thy soul a flame burns bright,
Encompassed with thy love of light.
Entice me with your heart so bold,
The secret of this love untold.
Thy fated future Entwined to be,
A love secure for you and me."

Using the ribbon, tie the two rose
buds together and place in a vase.
Allow the candle to burn down and
the rose buds to open.

As this takes place a new love
will come into your life.

Witches Daily Prayer

altar Pictures, Images and Photos

Prayer to start your day:

light some incense and candles on your altar and say

“I thank you Lady __________ for your presence in my life.
Bless and guide my steps the right way today and all the days of my life. So mote it be.”

paganpages.org

(This is really a lovely way to start your day. To connect with The Goddess and thanking her for being in your life and guiding you. Take time to just be still and inhale the scent of your incense and candles and think about how grateful and blessed you are to be able to see another day rise. Think about all the people that mean the most to you and send loving energys to them. It's also a good time to give The Goddess an offering...a flower, a pinecone, a seashell, maybe even something you made. This little morning ritual does not even have to take long but it will start your day on the right foot and you'll feel relaxed and spiritually connected.)

A Mystery in the New Hampshire Woods

A Mystery in the New Hampshire Woods

America's Stonehenge: A Virtual Photo Tour
By Kim Knox Beckius, About.com Guide

You've probably heard of Stonehenge--that mysterious collection of megaliths (big rocks) over in the old England. But did you know that America has its own Stonehenge here in New England?

If you want to see a prehistoric archaeological enigma, all you need to do is head about 40 miles north of Boston to Salem, New Hampshire, where you can explore 30 acres of cave-like dwellings, astronomically aligned rock formations, a sacrificial stone, and other mysterious structures left behind by an unknown people.

America's Stonehenge opened to the public in 1958 under the name Mystery Hill Caves. Renamed America's Stonehenge in 1982, the site continues to intrigue visitors and to puzzle archeologists and other researchers. I've visited the southern New Hampshire attraction twice, and each time I was mesmerized by the strange series of stone structures and compelled to develop my own theories of how they came to be.

Were the astronomically aligned megaliths positioned by migrant Europeans, maybe the descendants of the original builders of Stonehenge, who arrived in America long before Columbus? Were the secret passages and chambers constructed by Native Americans? Is this truly one of the oldest megalithic sites in North America, as radio-carbon dating would suggest?

Come along with me on a photo tour of America's Stonehenge, and draw your own conclusions.

Visitors to America's Stonehenge in Salem, New Hampshire, first pass through a Visitors Center, where tickets are sold, a gift shop offers interesting site-related items, and a short video provides a preview of the mysterious attraction that lies just ahead.

Intrigued by the mysteries of America's Stonehenge? The site is open to visitors year round, and special events are held particularly to coincide with full moons, solstices, and other astronomical happenings. For more information, call America's Stonehenge at (603) 893-8300.

(Awesome indeed! Seems all Salem's have something magickal about them.)

Poem - Love You Just The Same

( A poem I did inspired by what it feels to love no matter what)

Love you just the same

like a moth to a flame
im drawn to you
knowing i'll get burned
but i keep loving you
love you like there's no tomorrow
love you thru the pain
love you more than yesterday
I love you just the same...

Love is the most important factor in every equation. You may have everything in the world but without love you have nothing. Love is really all you need to make life truly amazing.
