Easy Mac & Cheese Mexican Style

(When you want a quick easy fun meal toss this meal together. Tasty and fast! I created this recipe when I needed something that I could feed my family and go out the door, saving money and not having to have to get burgers on the go.)
Easy Mac & Cheese Mexican Style

1 lb ground beef
2 boxes macaroni & cheese dinners
10 oz can chili beans in sauce
15 oz can sweet corn
dash of chili powder
dash of salt
dash of garlic
dash of onion powder
Handful of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

In a big 12" skillet season ground meat with the salt & spices listed and brown ground beef meat until it's no longer pink. Drain fat from skillet.

Cook macaroni and cheese dinners as directed on package and mix as directed with milk butter and cheese sauce.

combine with the cooked ground meat the can of sweet corn which has been drained of liquids and also the can of chili beans that you drain most of the sauce, leave just a little bit to mix in with your ground meat. Lastly add the mixed macaroni & cheese dinners with the ground meat. combine until it's well mixed. If you like add a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dinner. Serve with some biscuits and a tossed salad to round out the meal.

serves 5 to 6
