Ham Fried Rice

Ham Fried Rice

1-2 cups diced, cooked ham
4-5 cups cooked rice
1 bunch green onions (include green parts), sliced
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 small package frozen peas, defrosted

Heat frying pan. Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil. Sprinkle in garlic salt.
Add
eggs and scramble. Stir in rice. Add ham, onion, and peas. Mix
thoroughly.
Add soy sauce and mix well. Serve immediately.
